Frequently Asked Questions
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Yes, if they aren’t sold out. They will be $10 more each. We have had to turn people away at the door so please check before you come. Don’t forget, if they are available, you can still buy tickets on line before you leave the house and print your ticket there which will save you some time at the event.
Can I buy additional beer tastings?
Yes. $5 for 3 tastes. You can only buy these tasting tickets at the Fallen Firefighters Relief Fund raffle booth. 100% of the proceeds from the raffle and the extra beer tastes go to this worthy cause.
Is there a fee for parking?
No, parking is completely FREE at the Brew Ha Ha…. and yes, someone can drop you at the entrance but they should be patient driving back out against the grain of traffic.
If I leave my car in the parking lot and go home via cab, will the lot be open for me to pick up my car later in the day or the next day?
Yes, at Brew Ha Ha events, Safety is First and we make every effort to help you drink responsibly. We encourage you to make alternative transportation plans in advance rather than driving yourself. However, if you have not made those plans and you are not ready to drive at the close of the tasting at 4:00 p.m, you will have many safe options. You may hang around the event after 4:00 p.m. when the beer will be turned off. We will still have free water and sodas and food vendors and games for you to enjoy. If you want to take a cab and leave your car there, we will have cabs available or will call you one. Just ask someone at one of the exits. Your car will be accessible and you can pick it up as late as 10am the next day (Sunday the 8th).
What if I lose or break my tasting glass?
Be careful! We do not provide replacements. You may be able to purchase one for $5.00 if supplies last.
Can I buy extra commemorative glasses?
Yes, at the end of the event if supplies last.
What should I bring?
A current Photo I.D including your birth date (no photo copies accepted) and no exceptions for entry without this proof that you are 21 or over!
What NOT to bring?
Do not bring kids, glass, pets, alcohol, coolers, professional photo or video recording equipment, Frisbees or other games or any dangerous or illegal items. No tailgating prior to or after the festival is allowed and we reserve the right to search your vehicle for alcohol or other dangerous items at any time. If found, you will not be allowed to enter or stay on the grounds or, depending on the situation, you may be subject to arrest. No refunds will be made.
Are infants allowed at the event?
Babies under the age of one year are allowed into the event, but legally, no other children will be allowed to enter.
We will be bringing a Designated Driver for our group of VIP attendees. Which Designated Driver pass do we buy for them?
We only have one type of Designated Driver pass which must be purchased at the door while entering with the people/person they will be driving. Designated Drivers may enter the festival at the same time the people they are accompanying go in.
